| Complaint on 28-Jul-2020 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Staff are not wearing mask correctly during evening shifts, Owner refuse to wear a mask, staff are touching RTE foods with barehands. No PIC present during evening hours. No one over the age of 18 years at times. Would like to know who to report them to regarding youth labor laws. Complaint findings: Observed face coverings being worn correctly by the employees at the time of inspection. Owner was present and wearing a mask. Staff were observed wearing clear single-use gloves properly at the time of inspection. Mentioned youth labor laws and the owner ensured that there are no issues and showed required posting of the law. The facility was in compliance with Health Director's current orders for the pandemic and for the items listed by the complainant. The complaint will now be considered closed. |
