Corrected During Inspection Observed the dispensing tube not cut at a proper length for the customer self-service area for the creamers held in the cold holding unit. PIC cut the tube at the proper length as stated inside the equipment (step #6).

| Inspection was conducted to complete a standard and in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Concerned for customer's safety because several people are not wearing masks when they are in the store. Complaint findings: Observed a couple of people entering the store without masks throughout the inspection. Observed signs on the front doors stating masks are mandatory unless they meet an approved exemption. Observed no employees asking non-masked people to put on a mask or why they are not wearing a mask. A preliminary COVID-19 report will be attached with this report where a follow-up may be needed. Discussed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing, sick policy, etc.) during the inspection with the person-in-charge. |
