Comments
Renovations to the RFE have been approved by the Kent Health Health Department. Okay to Operate with the understanding that the following will be completed:
1) Provide a outside paved or concrete surface for refuse storage. This can wait until a later date. Letter has been provided. See File
2) Provide kitchen grade ceiling tiles in the Food Preparation room. Current ceiling tiles are not approved. This can wait until a later date. Letter has been provided. See File
3) Provide paper towels in dispenser at the hand washing sink in the food preparation room.
4) Caulk the right side of the 3 compartment sink to be smooth and easily cleanable.
5) Caulk along all of the floor and door frame and door ways junctures to be smooth and properly sealed.
6) Re caulk along the base of the mop sink.
7) Provide a proper air gap on the AC condensation drainage line and hot water tank pressure relief drainage line.
8) Provide a final Building and Fire approval or a Certificate of Occupancy once provided.

RFE currently is not provided with a proper food preparation sink. License has been restricted as follows: 1) Retail Food Establishment has not been provided with a properly installed Food Processing sink. All food shall be properly washed, prepared, and provided with a date of preparation from the commercial processor/supplier before being delivered to this location.
