Corrected During Inspection Observed equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils were not being sanitized at the time of inspection because the dishwashing unit was out of sanitizer.
To reduce the risk of illness, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be sanitized. PIC properly supplied the dishwasher with sanitizer at the time of inspection.
