Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the three-door refrigeration unit holding foods above 41 degrees F (50). PIC removed TCS foods and placed them into the milk refrigeration unit that was holding milk below 41 degrees F at the time of inspection.

The TCS foods were being cold held in the milk refrigeration unit. Observed TCS foods measured below 41 Degrees F at the time of inspection. Per discussion with PIC, The three-door refrigeration unit is scheduled to be serviced. The three-door refrigeration unit shall not be used to store TCS foods until its capable of holding under 41 degrees F. A follow-up inspection will occur on September 26, 2022 to check the three-door refrigeration unit. |
