| Complaint on 26-Oct-2020 : An inspection was conducted in regards to a mask concern. Per complainant: On several occasions now I have seen multiple customers not wearing masks while shopping and most of the Dollar General employees wear their masks on their chins most of the time while working and only cover mouth and nose with mask while running the cash register. The employees take frequent smoke breaks out front of the store, not washing or sanitizing their hands when they come back in to work. Complaint findings: Observed employees and customers properly wearing face coverings at the time of inspection. The establishment was in compliance with the current director's orders. Observed multiple bottles of hand sanitizer and masks for customers were at the front register. Per discussion with PIC, the staff addresses customers without masks but many people state exemptions. The staff will be reminded to do proper hand hygiene before returning to work after taking breaks. The complaint is now considered closed. |
