[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Repeat Cold or hot holding equipment did not contain a thermometer, or the thermometer was not correctly placed. Observed the preparation cooler without a thermometer at time of inspection.
To promote proper temperatures, provide a thermometer for the cooler. A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit.
3717-1-04.8(A) / Equipment and utensils - air-drying required.
Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Observed wet containers stacked together after ware washing at time of inspection.
To promote proper ware washing, air dry all equipment and utensils before stacking together. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food and utensils, and may not be cloth dried.
