Corrected During Inspection No soap at the front handwashing sink. PIC supplied hand soap to the sink.

Multiple food packaged in the facility not labeled on the front counter.

3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Corrected During Inspection Improper maintenance of wiping cloths. Observed soiled wiping clothes stored on the countertops. Ensure wet wiping clothes are stored in a cleaning or sanitizer bucket.

3717-1-04.8(G)(3) / Kitchenware and tableware - furnishing single-service articles.
Single service articles intended for food or lip contact improperly dispensed. Observed single-use beverage cups exposed at the front coffee station.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial mixers throughout the facility.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors in the back prep room especially near the warewashing area not maintained clean.

Light intensity less than twenty foot candles in required areas. Observed light intesity of 3-4 foot candles in the employee restroom. PIC showed a light fixture that is going to be installed. Ensure light fixture provides 20 foot candles at the hand sink.
