Critical Observed ice from the ice bins behind the bar was being used for food after it was used as a coolant at the time of inspection.
To prevent foodborne illness, after use as a medium for cooling the exterior surfaces cooling coils and tubes of equipment, ice may not be used as food. Ice for beverages shall be kept separate from ice used for cooling equipment coils and tubes. Correct By: 03-Jun-2015

Observed non-food contact surfaces of equipment (beverage supply lines over ice bin) were dirty at the time of inspection.
To reduce sources of potential contamination, nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Correct By: 27-May-2015
3717-1-03.2(Y)/Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Observed ice used for beverages was stored behind the bar directly under dirty coolant lines at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, discard the ice from the bin and clean all accumulated dirt on coolant lines above the ice bin. Clean and sanitize all surfaces of the ice bin before refilling it. Maintain all surfaces, including coolant lines, above the ice bin clean to sight and touch. Correct By: 27-May-2015

The person-in-charge stated that trays were ordered that will keep coolant ice separate from ice used in beverages. Will verify correction at the next standard inspection.
