Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed hunts brothers chicken and pizza products with used bay dates 9-30-2020. This food shall be considered unwholesome and discarded. Food was voluntary discarded by manager at the time of inspection.

Complaint on 14-Sep-2022 :
Regarding complaint: Due to the gas being shutoff to this location, the RFE may not have hot water. This means not warewashing, improper hand washing, etc.
During the inspection hot water was observed at the 3 compartment sink and hand sinks in restroom. Complaint will be closed.
See standard inspection for violation details. A standard inspection was completed as the condition of the RFE was not complainant with the Ohio Food Code.

Manager stated there the operation would like to bring back hot foods and prepared food options. Due to the current state of the RFE, the licensor recommends that the RFE works on maintaining and correcting violations cited on this report and the Kent Fire safety inspection. It is recommend that the RFE request to be dropped to a Risk Level 1.

Due to the number of violations observed at the time of inspection the RFE will be considered in a state of failure to maintain. Additional enforcement action may be required, if significant efforts are not made to correct items documented on this report and to become complaint with the Ohio Food Code.
A follow-up inspection has been schedule for 11/4/2022.
