Observed no service sink or curbed cleaning facility as required. Mop water is disposed in toilet.
At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located as specified in this rule.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. Items are being stored in ways that encroach upon working space.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. Organize remaining items so that they do not encroach upon work space and remove all items that are not used.
