3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed noncommercial range/stove at the time of inspection. Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency.
Range/stove is currently only used a few times a week to boil water. Replace range with a commercial cooking equipment once equipment is no longer in proper working order. Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Recommend replacing the unapproved equipment with a commercial countertop induction range.

Comments
Observed the facility was not provided with a culinary sink. The person-in-charge stated foods were washed and prepared at the Middle School before being delivered to this location. If any foods are to be washed in this facility, a proper food processing sink shall be provided.
No further pest activity was observed. Operation maintains a log that shows the last recorded pest sighting was on December 2, 2014. Working with a licensed pest control agency is recommended to prevent any future pest activity at this location.
