| Observed renovations within the facility, plans were not submitted prior to construction. Submit plans to the health department as soon as possible. Lighting may have been updated and shall be included in plans if adjusted. Unable to get the make and model of the front prep refrigeration unit. Customer self-service area appeared altered. Lobby and restrooms have been fully renovated. Single use items such as toilet paper shall not be removed from the original packaging until used or if stored in a container. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next inspection. |
