| Complaint on 03-Feb-2021 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint. The customer was concerned about employees with improper mask usage, glove usage, and hand washing. Proper guidelines were reviewed with the PIC (masks, gloves, handwashing, etc.). At time of inspection, no violations were observed regarding masks, gloves, or hand washing. |
