[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(G) / Handwashing sinks-Number.
Critical Observed inadequate number of handwashing sinks. There was no designated handwashing sink in the main food preparation area at the time of inspection.
At least one handwashing sink, a number of handwashing sinks necessary for their convenient use by employees in areas specified under paragraph (L) of this rule, and not fewer than the number of handwashing sinks required by the Ohio building code, shall be provided.

3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number.
Observed no service sink or curbed cleaning facility as required.
At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located as specified in this rule.
3717-1-05.1(S)(2) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
The plumbing system was not properly maintained. Observed handwashing sink in men's restroom was not properly provisioned with a hot water supply at the time of inspection. Operator stated that hot water supply has a slow leak and was turned off.
A plumbing system shall be properly maintained. Operator restored hot water to the handwashing sink in the men's restroom at the time of inspection. Repair the hot water supply to the handwashing sink in the men's restroom so that it can be supplied with hot water at all times.
