Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Multiple TCS foods were prepared more than seven days ago (steak 8/22, chicken 9/1, black bean patties 8/31). The PIC voluntarily discarded the foods once the violation was identified.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (spinach, lettuce, hummus). Education was provided to improve date marking procedures.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Missing and/or incomplete allergen declaration(s). Packaged pita chips did not include proper labels with ingredients. The PIC voluntarily removed the packages from customer self service once the violation was identified. Education was provided about proper labels.

Food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation (rings and watches).

Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency (non-commercial rice cooker).

Unnecessary items stored in the basement (excess paint, etc.).
