3717-1-03.4(C) / Thawing - temperature and time control.
TCS foods not properly thawed. Observed packages of frozen deli meat in a box next to the prep sink and packages inside the prep sink. Observed package of thawed ground beef next to the prep sink. Ensure products are being thawed properly (if using running water, completly submerged under 70 degrees or below water).

3717-1-04(I) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - materials.
Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Observed wood shelving in both dry storage rooms. Shelving is unfinished wood or damaged wood that is in disrepair.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed paint peeling on service window and trim. Observed multiple cabinets with peeling paint and in poor condition. Service window was not in use, ensure proper food defense occurs.
