Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed water at hand sink to reach only 90 degrees F after a substantial amount of time.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed damaged/unfinished walls in the kitchen near the sink and refigerator/freezer equipment.
