[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Observed the deli slicer to be dirty at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. The deli slicer shall be completely broken down and properly ware washed every 4 hours that it is used.

3717-1-02.2(G) / Jewelry - prohibition.
Observed food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, food employees may not wear jewelry on their arms or hands.
3717-1-04.8(E) / Equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles - storage.
Repeat Observed single-service and single-use articles were not properly stored at time of inspection (floor near pizza oven).
To prevent contamination, store items off floor. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles shall be properly stored as described in this rule.
