Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed no date marks on open containers of soy and almond milk in the reach-in refrigeration unit. PIC stated they were opened this week and employees will date mark these products.

Observed an accumulation of food residue and other debris on the handles, doors, and gaskets of the reach-in refrigeration unit in room 214 and the interior of the reach-in refrigeration unit in the main prep and serving area.
