Comments
This inspection was conducted per the request of the owner for a Food Service Operation (FSO) License of the Tap room of the brewery. The FSO as been approved to operate with the understanding that the following will be completed before the 30 day inspection and before operating:
1) The Keg system will be properly installed. Provide a Air Gap (indirect connection) on the drainage pipe from the rinse drain. Provide a Backflow Prevention Device (ASSE 1022) on the water connection to the rinser.
2) Connect and seal the 4 compartment sink to wall and caulk. Caulk along the hand washing sink.
3) Provide a proper hand washing sign at the bar hand washing sink. Owner stated there will be one installed ASAP.
4) Provide documentation of the diarrheal and vomit clean-up procedures per the recommendations from ODH.
5) Provide paper towel or hand drying aids at the hand washing sink at the bar. Recommend disposal paper towels in a commercial dispenser.
6) Install a mop hanger in the mop room.

A signed application and check# 386 for license fee was received at the time of inspection. License will be held at the Kent Health Department until Friday 9/16 for pick up. If not picked up, the license will be mailed to the facility.
