[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Improper storage of food items. Observed children lunch boxes being stored on top of and next to the operations products. Employee and student belongings shall be stored away from the operations product in a designated area or on a marked shelf.

3717-1-04.2(B)(1) / Manual warewashing - three compartment sink required.
Three-compartment sink not available for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils. Observed facility with containers, utensils, and equipment that need to be warewashed after using (crockpot, popcorn machine, dishes, containers, knives). Reference the back of license to ensure limitations are followed (only disposable items - facility has no means to warewash)

3717-1-06(A)(1) / Indoor areas - surface characteristics
Observed exposed drywall installed behind the countertop used as a wall for the cafeteria table not constructed of approved materials. Drywall shall be replaced with a durable, smooth, easily cleanable material.

3701-21-25(I) / Level one certification in food protection
FSO did not have a person in charge per shift with level one certification in food protection. A level 1 certified PIC showed up after food preparation occured without a certified person-in-charge present.

If alterations are going to occur, contact the Health Department prior to construction.
Observed water damaged ceiling before entering the kitchen area and also ceiling appeared uneven and bowed. Recommend contacting a licensed contractor to investigate.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
