Repeat Observed cold holding refrigeration/freezer, range/stove and other small equipment (household use only, toaster, blender, griddle, etc.) that were not approved by a recognized testing agency present in the kitchen at the time of inspection.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed high temp warewashing machine leaking water (left corner). Observed warewashing machine in need of delime cycle.
