| This Mobile Food Service Operation (MFSO) has been approved to be licensed. Payment received (check # 14155 for $310) with signed application for license number NFRY-98JQS9. Observed proper setups for the 3 compartment ware washing sink and designated hand washing sink. Observed proper hot and cold running water at the time of inspection. Test strips, sanitizer, soap, paper towels, etc. were all available. Operation was very clean at the time of inspection. The PIC was knowledgeable regarding proper food safety. No violations were observed. Commissary location is the Stoddard's Ice Cream located at 1321 West Main Street, Kent, Ohio 44240. This location is in the process of receiving a processing license from ODA (postponed due to pandemic). VIN# 1GHP32T0F3500623 Okay to operate. License will be mailed once processing has been completed. |
