Observed floor mats in the prep area not maintained clean.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items in the storage closet. PIC stated the non-commercial equipment and other belongings are not used in the facility.
