| Complaint on 07-Dec-2020 : An inspection was conducted 12/7/20 in response to a recent COVID complaint. At time of inspection, proper COVID guidelines were reviewed with the PIC. It was explained to the PIC that if employees test positive for COVID then the Kent Health Department shall be notified to conduct contact tracing. |
