Complaint on 15-Jul-2020 :
Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant: Employees are not wearing masks, no social distance for staff or customers, allowing the sharing of condiments

Complaint findings: Observed no face covering or mask being worn by the employees. A justification letter stated a safety reason for why they are not going to wear masks. Observed no issues with social distancing. A temporary occupancy shall be posted based on social distancing requirements. Observed salt and pepper shakers at the tables that shall be removed from the tables.

Per discussion with PIC, they will post and occupancy for the bar and patio areas. Also stated the salt and shakers will be removed from the tables. Discussed mask wearing and owner agreed to have employees start wearing masks and the justification letter that is posted will not be needed. City Council will be voting on mandating masks within the city, which one item in the ordinance would have customers wearing masks into the facility until seated.
