| Complaint on 19-Jul-2021 : A complaint inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer reports eating at Barrio 7/8/21 and becoming ill with E Coli. The PIC reports that no customers have reported illness in the last 3 weeks. The PIC reports that no employees have reported illness in the last 3 weeks. The PIC was very knowledgeable about food safety and the proper employee sick policy. Please see standard inspection for additional details. |
