[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed plastic tub in the left side of the handwashing sink. Trays used for the new convection oven shall not be warewashed in this sink. A three compartment sink is needed to clean and sanitize equipment. Only disposable equipment and utensils shall be used. Discontinue using sink for anything other than handwashing.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial refrigerator/freezer unit in the dry storage room used for the operation. Observed crockpot and tupperware in the cabinet under the prep table, PIC stated these items are for employee use.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors in the dry storage room and in the main kitchen area not maintained clean. Items on the floor shall be moved to allow for easy cleaning and ensure floors are being maintained under and around equipment. Flooring that is no longer easily cleable shall be repaired or replaced.
