Critical Corrected During Inspection Consumer is not properly advised of the risk of consuming raw or undercooked animal foods. The menu did not have a proper consumer advisory initially, but the PIC was able to re-print a corrected menu at time of inspection to correct the violation.

3717-1-03.5(C)(2) / Food labels - packaged food
The baked goods from Busy Bee Bakery did not have a label with ingredients and there was not an ingredient list at the FSO at time of inspection for review.

The FSO is very clean and the PIC is very knowledgeable regarding proper food safety procedures.
