Complaint on 05-Apr-2019 :
Inspection conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant: Ordered food with kids and everyone had symptoms including throwing up, diarrhea, stomach pain, coughing. Food smelled like chemicals you clean the bathroom with and was thinking it was a hate crime.

Complaint findings: Observed no ill food employees working or any recent reports of employees having symptoms, illnesses, or exposures that are required to be reported to the person-in-charge. Observed all cleaning chemicals properly stored and identified. No other reports have been made to the health department or FSO at this time.

Per discussion with PIC, management will discuss complaint with staff and ensure food employees are following the employee ill reporting agreement as well as having quality customer service.

Complaint will be closed if no further reports are received.
