Comments
This Food Service Operation (FSO) has undergone a facility review for extensive alterations to facility. Based on the inspection, the Kent Health Department has approved the FSO to operate under the following conditions:
1) Caulk along all wall and counter top junctures around the Customer Drink bar and beverage area by drive-thru window.
2) Provide documentation that a licensed Pest Control Operator was hired to help with the flying insect issue.
3) Seal all holes in the FRP wall material throughout the facility to be flush with the walls for easy cleaning - Many have been caulked but some need to be re-caulked.
4) Provide an Air Gap (1 to 2 inches) on the condensation drain from the walk-in units.
5) Provide backflow prevention devices on all equipment water line connections (Ice machine, ice machine, coffee brewing equipment, beverage dispensing equipment if not already provided, etc.).
6) Provide documentation from final building and fire departments approving the occupancy of the facility - email or drop the final approval or have the building department email the final report.
