Comments
Due to scheduling issues, this 30 day inspect was rescheduled with the owner for June 23 (from June 20). Bar/FSO still is not open to serving customer. Plans are to open for service July 8.

No violations were documented at the time of inspection.

Notes:
1) Seal around the floor and wall junctures in the walk-in cooler. Finish to be coved and seal all openings in FRP.
2) Check with soda installer on moving soda lines off the floor.
3) Provide menus to local FSO. Develop a provided on how orders will be handled from the RFE pizza location.
4) Caulk the back bar to the wall.
5) Complete the Outdoor Patio build. Ensure the patio is made from a cleanable material (no gravel).
6) Caulk in all floor expansion cracks.
7) Provide a proper mop hanger over mop sink.
8) Before opening, ensure all staff have been trained on the symptoms and confirmed illnesses that shall be reported. Provide verification.
9) Ensure at least one Person In charge manager is available with a certification available for review when FSO is in operation.
10) Ensure the clean-up kit alines with ODH vomit and diarrheal clean-up procedure. Make sure managers are trained on procedure and kit use.

Since the bar was not in operation at time of this inspection, items were documented as notes. If the above items are not corrected or addressed before the next standard inspection, all will be documented as violations according to the food code.
