[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods (opened milks, opened yogurt) held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked at the time of inspection.
To prevent foodborne illness, refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS food held at a temperature of 41°F or less for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked at the time of preparation or the time the original container is opened to indicate the date or day, that is a maximum of seven days, by which the food shall be consumed, sold, or discarded. The day the food is prepared or opened is day one. Products exceeding 7 days shall be discarded.
3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Repeat Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which foods (fruits and vegetables) are washed and prepared at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination to foods, a direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Provide proper back flow prevention on the designated food preparation sink. All work shall be completed by a licensed plumber and under permit. Until a proper sink is installed, all foods shall be delivered or purchased to the FSO washed from the supplier.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed cold holding refrigeration/freezer, range/stove and other noncommercial small appliances that were not approved by a recognized testing agency to be present in the kitchen at the time of inspection.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Replace current equipment when it is no longer in proper working order with equipment that meets the requirements of this rule. Recommend submitting the make and model numbers to the Health Department before purchases are made. this will ensure the new equipment meets the necessary standards required by code. All appliances that are only used while preparing employees foods shall be label "For employee use only".
3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Observed non-commercial reach-in cold holding equipment (back storage room) that did not contain a thermometer at the time of inspection.
To ensure equipment is functioning properly, a properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit. PIC provided a thermometer and correctly placed it in the unit.

Facility appeared to be very clean and well maintained at the time of inspection.
Unapproved containers shall not be used in the FSO. Containers used for holding ranch, hummus and other similar foods shall be approved by a recognized testing agency. Ensure containers are designed for the intended use.
Continue to monitor the temperature for the non-commercial refrigerator/freezer near the back classrooms. If equipment is unable to hold foods at required temperatures, the equipment shall be removed or replaced with a commercial cold holding unit.

The violations documented shall be corrected as soon as possible and will be checked during next standard inspection.
