| Complaint on 30-Aug-2019 : A customer filed a complaint stating that a cock roach fell onto her hand while waiting for food at SteakEEZ. An inspection was conducted on 8/30/19 in response to this complaint. The FSO was observed to be unclean and pest monitoring stations showed dead cock roaches in the kitchen. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 9/3/19. A licensed pest control contractor shall treat the FSO and provide documentation before 9/3/19. The FSO shall undergo extensive cleaning before 9/3/19. Additional enforcement action will take place if significant progress is not made with regards to cleaning and pest control. |
