Critical Presence of insects. Cock roaches were observed on pest monitoring stations in the kitchen.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Multiple pieces of equipment are not clean in the kitchen (cold holding equipment, freezer, cooking equipment, exhaust hoods, sinks, tables, storage racks and shelving).

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Floors throughout the kitchen are not maintained clean in the hard to reach areas under/behind equipment.

Complaint on 30-Aug-2019 :
A customer filed a complaint stating that a cock roach fell onto her hand while waiting for food at SteakEEZ. An inspection was conducted on 8/30/19 in response to this complaint. The FSO was observed to be unclean and pest monitoring stations showed dead cock roaches in the kitchen.

A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 9/3/19.
A licensed pest control contractor shall treat the FSO and provide documentation before 9/3/19.
The FSO shall undergo extensive cleaning before 9/3/19.
Additional enforcement action will take place if significant progress is not made with regards to cleaning and pest control.
