Complaint on 08-Mar-2022 :

An inspection was conducted 3/8/22 in response to a customer complaint. The customer believes that shrimp tacos consumed at Barrio caused illness 3/5/22.
At time of inspection, the following items were observed:
1. There were no critical violations observed.
2. The PIC was very knowledgeable regarding proper food safety.
3. The PIC states that there have been no reports of sick customers or employees for the last two weeks.
4. The employee sick policy was reviewed with the PIC.
5. The PIC states that food suppliers have not issued any re-calls for the last two weeks.
