3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. PIC placed label on unmarked hand sanitzer bottles and labeled unmarked spray bottle.

3717-1-04.8(B) / Wiping cloths - air-drying locations.
Wiping cloths air-dried improperly. Observed clothes air drying on the three-compartment sink, handwashing sink, and counter tops. PIC stated the wiping clothes are mechanically washed and dried at home. Discussed transport of towels.

3717-1-06.1(B) / Floors, walls and ceilings - utility lines.
Repeat Utility drainage pipe for the bar tap system was improperly installed on the floor at the time of inspection. Ensure drain line has a proper air gap installed.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Area around the three-compartment floor drain not maintained clean. Observed ramp covering drain pipe and shall be cleaned. If the ramp is easily moveable ensure it's being cleaned frequently and if the ramp is not moveable it shall be sealed to the floor.
