[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Repeat Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed plastic tub in the left side of the handwashing sink. Trays used for the new convection oven shall not be warewashed in this sink. A three compartment sink is needed to clean and sanitize equipment. Only disposable equipment and utensils shall be used. Observed packaged of frozen hot dogs thawing in sink. Discontinue using sink for anything other than handwashing.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Floors in the dry storage room and in the main kitchen area not maintained clean. Items on the floor shall be moved to allow for easy cleaning and ensure floors are being maintained under and around equipment.

3717-1-02.4(B)(2)(i)/PIC: Demonstration of Knowledge - Identifying major food allergens
PIC unable to retain labels for the frozen foods in the reach-in refrigeration unit and the freezer of the household refrigeration/freezer unit in the dry storage room.
3717-1-03.2(G)/Washing fruits and vegetables.
Raw fruit and/or vegetables not washed or washed improperly. Observed unwashed blueberries and strawberries in the reach-in refrigeration unit and no proper food prep sink available for washing.
3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b)/Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature in the infant room. PIC adjusted the refirgeration unit to hold foods under 41 degrees F.
3717-1-03.2(D)/Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Working food containers not properly labeled. Observed unmarked spray bottle on the top shelf of the storage rack in the storage room near the back door.
Comments
The follow-up inspection scheduled for June 7, 2022 was rescheduled for today due to scheduling conflicts.
Jewelry shall not be worn when working around exposed foods.
The remaining violations shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
