[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Outer opening not protected. Observed gaps along the back receiving doors at the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed scoop being held in the popcorn machine without the handle up out of the food at the time of inspection. PIC will inform employees on acceptable ways to store scoops while in use.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Per discussion with PIC, high temperature warewashing machine in the deli area is not in good working order. Equipment is scheduled to be repaired, machine shall not be used until it is repaired and functioning properly. The establishment is currently using the three-compartment sink.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed slow drain for the handwashing sink in the warewashing room of the deli area at the time of inspection. PIC contacted maintenace and will be out to repair the drain/sink.
