Critical Repeat Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (lettuce and tomatoes). Education was provided about proper date marking procedures to the staff.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled (chemical spray bottles). Education was provided about proper chemical labels to the staff.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Outer opening not protected. Two exterior doors were left open for the entire inspection allowing flies to enter FSO.

3717-1-03.2(G) / Washing fruits and vegetables.
Repeat Raw lettuce not washed before served on sandwich.

3717-1-06.1(R) / Outdoor refuse areas - curbed and graded to drain.
Outdoor refuse areas were not properly constructed. The dumpster was improperly placed on gravel.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Floors are not maintained clean in the kitchen and bar areas. The exhaust hood and fans are not clean in the kitchen.
