Untreated wood shelving is difficult to clean and shall not be used in the facility. Ensure all employee have reviewed and signed the employee health reporting agreement. 50 foot candles of light is needed where employees work with knives and other slicing equipment. The violations documented are to be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection |
