| Complaint on 15-Mar-2018 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer stated that spoiled milk was purchased from Drug Mart. Proper food safety was discussed with the PIC regarding the complaint. At time of inspection, the milk was cold holding at a proper temperature of 36 degrees F. Also, all milk was within the posted sell by date on the package. |
