Complaint on 20-Jul-2023 :
Observed oil to be leaking from the used oil storage container, to the stone parking lot, down the sidewalk, to the storm drain.

Due to the weather, owner contacted a septic pumping company who was able to vacuum up most of the spill. KFD was present with City staff to build a "catch" to avoid most of the spill from entering the storm.

Based on the quick reaction at Food Service staff, owner, and city staff, the spill looked to be under control and proper clean up was able to be completed. A follow-up inspection will be completed when the owner is able to correct the issues.

Owner has contacted KCHD regarding the requirements for the Surface and demonstrating urgency to clean-up and correct this issue.
