Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled (chemical spray bottle). PIC immediately placed a label on the bottle once the violation was identified.

Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sign not posted near pizza oven.

Outer opening not protected. Front door propped open during inspection allowing potential pest intrusion.

Corrected During Inspection Papertowels stored improperly in the toilet room.

Facility not maintained clean. The floors are not clean throughout the RFE. The walls are not clean in the preparation area.
