| Complaint on 19-Dec-2019 : A complaint inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer was concerned about dogs in the dining room. At time of inspection, the PIC was very knowledgeable about the proper regulations for service animals in the FSO. The PIC will provide additional training to the staff to make sure only service animals are permitted in the FSO. |
