No violations documented at the time of inspection. PIC demonstrated excellent knowledge regarding food safety. Facility only has one sink in the kitchen and shall only be used for handwashing. Employee containers and utensils shall be taken home to rinse or wash. Ensure all plumbing systems for hand sinks are repaired to be in good working order. |
