Complaint on 08-Apr-2019 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint regarding improper hand washing. All employees were demonstrating proper hand washing procedures at time of inspection. The hand washing sink in the kitchen was properly stocked with paper towels, soap, and sign. Proper hand washing procedures were discussed with the food preparation employees at time of inspection. The PIC stated that additional training would be given to all employees regarding proper hand washing. |
