| Sanitizer buckets for "between use" storage of wiping cloths are kept on the bottom shelf of bus cart. Recommend nightly cleaning and sanitizing dispenser nozzles for juice dispenser. All newly purchased equipment shall be commercial grade and approved by a recognized food equipment agency.
