3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency in the dry storage room. Observed unapproved electric griddles and other smaill equipment that is non-commercial. PIC states these items are not used.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed water leaking from the atmospheric backflow prevetion device next to the mechanical warewasher (near the dish machine detergent). PIC stated equipment is in process of being repaired.

If products are removed from original packaging and placed in freezer they shall be stored based on cooking temperature.
Ensure metal utensils/cleaning tools are not being used on the non-stick frying pans.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection

III - P - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Hand washing facilities are properly supplied.
VI - P - TCS Food: Observed hot foods being held at 135°F or above; cold foods being held at 41°F or below.
VI - P - TCS Food: Observed ready to eat TCS foods being properly date marked, and discarded when required.
III - P - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Food employees were not contacting exposed ready-to-eat foods with bare hands.
