[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-07(B) / Working containers - common name.
Critical At the time of inspection, observed working containers (spray bottles of blue liquid and green liquid) that were not properly labeled with the name of the material.
Working containers used for poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Clearly label the spray bottles as to their contents.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. At the time of inspection, observed that lever handles were missing from the toaster.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code. Remove the damaged toaster from this facility. If this equipment is replaced, it shall be replaced with equipment that is commercial grade.

Overall, the facility appears clean and well-organized. Dunnage racks are used for storing food and clean food equipment. All light bulbs in the facility were properly shielded at the time of inspection.
Pre-existing non-commercial food equipment in the facility is approved for use as long as it continues to function properly and is maintained clean. All newly purchased equipment shall be commercial grade. Contact the City of Kent Health Department for approval before placing any new equipment into use.
